– Sitoa Coporation, a San Francisco based startup
enabling retail sales programs by supplying turnkey
product channels that connect vendors, retailers and
consumers in the direct online selling environment, has
gone live using EDISPHERE to do EDI with Sears, a
fortune-50 Retailer.
Sitoa selected EDISPHERE, developed by ABO Software,
after much deliberation during the evaluation process,
particularly since ABO is not based in US. “Without
question, the single best decision we made when deciding
to build our business solution was selecting EDISPHERE’s
products and their services – they have become an
invaluable partner”, says Jackson Hull, V.P. Product
Development, Sitoa Corporation said, announcing the
“go-live” status. “Using EDISPHERE as an outside resource has
trimmed our average implementation time. Quite simply, EDISPHERE
can do our implementations faster and more
economically.”
“We are very happy that Sitoa has gone live so smoothly,
particularly since Sitoa’s EDI implementation is
substantial, complex and has enough variety to champion
EDISPHERE”, says Ajay Sanghi, CEO of ABO Software. “It
is great to see that the Implementation Kit feature
developed in EDISPHERE with the vision to perform EDI
implementations remotely and also to provide remote
support, worked beautifully. No way, we could have
otherwise implemented 10 EDI messages sitting in New
Delhi in less than 45 days!”
"As Sitoa expands its trading community, it depends on
EDISPHERE to connect to other retailers and vendors", says
Sitoa in their case study.
